Regulation of fundamental rights is subject to strict scrutiny, which includes: (1) the right to marry; (2) the right to procreate; (3) the right to custody of one's children; (4) the right to keep a family together; (5) the right to control the upbringing of one's children; (6) the right to purchase and use contraceptives; (7) the right to engage in private consensual homosexual activity; (8) the right to refuse medical treatment; (9) the right to read obscene material in one's home, (10) the right to vote; (11) the right to travel inside of the United States; (12) the right to free speech; (13) the right of association; and (14) the right to religion.
