CRIMLAW#049
Legal Definition
Malicious mischief is the malicious destruction of, or damage to, the property of another.
Plain English Explanation
Damaging someone's property is bad, but damaging someone's property for the sole purpose of wanting to damage someone's property is worse... in fact, it kinda makes you a jerk. "Malicious Mischief" is the Joker of crimes. It's chaos for the sake of chaos; destruction for the sake of destruction.
